A city growing faster than almost anywhere in the region

Minneola’s 2020 Census population was 13,843, and the city was projected to reach roughly 21,064 residents by 2025, growth of about 52 percent in five years. The rules

We could not find a City of Minneola ordinance that designates any public street for golf cart use, which means under F.S. 316.212 a standard cart legally stays off Minneola’s public roads until the city designates one, the same position most Florida cities are in. Clermont, next door, has gone the other way with its own City Code Sec. 32-105 zone; that designation applies to Clermont’s streets only, not Minneola’s.
